Privacy

Short version: we only collect what you type into the booking form, we use it to quote and do your job, and we do not sell it to anyone.

What we collect

Only what you enter into the booking or contact form - your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, and what you have told us about the work.

We never ask for card details on this website. We do not take card payments online at all - invoices are paid by PayID or bank transfer, straight from your own banking app, so there is no card number to hand over anywhere.

Enquiry details are stored temporarily. What you send through the booking form is kept only as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any job that comes from it, plus the records we are legally required to keep, such as Certificates of Electrical Safety.

How it reaches us

The booking form is delivered to our email inbox by a third party form service (FormSubmit). Your submission passes through their systems in order to be emailed to us.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you, quote the work, carry out the job and keep the records we are required to keep - including Certificates of Electrical Safety, which have their own legal record-keeping requirements. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or social media trackers. There are no third party fonts or scripts. That is why there is no cookie banner - there is nothing to consent to.

If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, email ozerelectrical@yahoo.com or call 0400 730 804 and we will sort it out.
